Cleaner/Housekeeper – Hamilton Part Time

Blue Light is a National Youth Development Organisation who works in partnership with the Police, Government Agencies and local communities to deliver a wide range of youth programmes and activities.

This position has become available at our Waikato Campus and Office (based in Hamilton Central) due to us wanting to have the best used, best kept, most impact for our youth and the most incredible staff, so we now need a Cleaner (and you will be so much more as part of the team) to join our team based in Hamilton.

This is a part-time position three days a week from 9.00am till 1pm to make sure our “Centre” is keep in the best condition for our team and young people visiting. Will be more than a cleaner we want someone who wants to be part of the team and being someone who will look after not just our centre but also our staff and the young people work with……its like a Housekeeper but for our “work” home!!

• Excellent people skills
• Great organising skills
• A desire to have our centre always in the best condition
• Be a self-starter and work without close supervision
• A sense of humour and wanting to be part of a team making a positive difference every day
• A full clean drivers licence

This is a Part-time Role with starting pay of $24.00 per hour.

Hours are 9am – 1pm 3 or 4 days a week, school holidays can be flexible if required.
