Role Overview:

As the Commercial Cleaning Supervisor, you will oversee and coordinate the cleaning operations for our commercial clients. You will be responsible for ensuring that our high standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction are consistently met. Your leadership and organisational skills will be key in managing your team, handling client requests, and ensuring operational efficiency. We have a part time and Full time position Available.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support a team of cleaners, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and service.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure adherence to company standards and client specifications.
• Train and mentor cleaning staff, providing guidance on best practices and company policies.
• Manage scheduling and staffing to ensure adequate coverage and efficient operations.
• Handle client inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns promptly and professionally.
• Monitor and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Ensure all safety and health regulations are followed, and implement procedures to address any hazards.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a supervisory role within the commercial cleaning industry.
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members
• Knowledge of cleaning techniques, products, and equipment
• Understanding of safety and hygiene regulations
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
