Key Responsibilities:

• Perform carpet cleaning using techniques like hot water extraction and stain treatments.
• Assess and handle flood and water damage restoration tasks, including water extraction, drying, and dehumidification.
• Perform mould remediation and ensure properties are properly cleaned and restored to pre-damage conditions.
• Inspect and assess property conditions, providing accurate reports to customers and management.
• Pest Management Services – Inspect and apply pest control treatments.
• Maintain and operate equipment safely and effectively.
• Provide excellent customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction at all stages of the service process.
• Follow all safety guidelines and industry best practices.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: No previous experience required.
• Skills: A strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team with a positive attitude.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment and work in physically demanding environments.
• Customer-focused: Friendly, professional, and capable of delivering excellent customer service
• Valid Driver’s License: A full driver’s license and the ability to drive a company vehicle.
• Occasional flexibility: Available for rostered on-call work.
