• Position Overview
  Full-time position with on-call responsibilities and occasional after-hours work required.
• Key Responsibilities
  – Perform professional carpet cleaning services for residential and commercial clients
  – Respond to emergency water damage and flood restoration calls
  – Operate specialised cleaning and restoration equipment
  – Assess damage and implement appropriate restoration techniques
  – Maintain detailed documentation of work performed
  – Communicate effectively with clients and team members
  – Follow safety procedures and maintain equipment
  – Participate in ongoing training and certification programmes
