House Washing Technician – Silverdale Full Time

Full time house washing roof washing technician position available in Silverdale North Shore.

We work all over the North Shore region with no day ever the same.

North Shore House Wash provide a high quality residential and commercial water blasting services Including soft washing of buildings and residential homes and spider treatments We also provide gutter cleaning, roof treatments from moss mould and lichen and roof washing services using correct safety gear

Due to business expansion, we have the opportunity for a full-time Exterior Cleaning Technician to join us. The total number of hours each week changes depending on the workload, but it will be a full-time position. Our current staff love that there is opportunities to do extra work on a Saturday morning if they want to get some extra hours in

Sometimes we start at varying times, which can mean working in the evening or even early morning if we are doing commercial work. Most of the work will be during the week starting at 8:30am meeting in Silverdale at base.

You will be given your own vehicle and water blaster setup if you have safe adequate parking available to park the vehicle overnight.

You get to work as part of a team on some jobs and will mostly be working unsupervised on your own jobs.

The person we are after will need to have the following attributes:

Have a friendly, happy disposition and the ability to develop excellent relationships with customers. Be prepared to do occasional weekend work or work outside of normal business hours (this is for when we wash commercial buildings)

Have very good attention to detail in order to consistently deliver superior property wash services. Happy to do early starts when required (you will be notified in advance)

Enjoy physical, outdoors work (in all weather). You need to be physically fit and agile. Being comfortable working at heights.

Be able to work on your own and unsupervised.

Be prepared to take care of and take responsibility for our equipment.

Have a driver’s license.

Training will be provided but experience is a must.
