Pets In The City is an exclusive Pet Hotel and Doggie Daycare facility dedicated to offering the very best care and facilities to our customers’ beloved dogs.  Pets In The City is a unique concept in the pet care industry, offering a variety of services including indoor doggie daycare, luxury dog hotel facilities, grooming, dog training and pet focused retail – all in the heart of Auckland City.  We operate 7 days a week including public holidays.

Pets In The City are looking for a hardworking individual with a “can do” attitude who are keen to join our friendly professional team and work in a unique environment surrounded by pets!

You will be responsible for the cleaning of the indoor pet hotel, doggie daycare facility and office area.  This includes daytime play park areas, mopping of all floor spaces, laundering of soft bedding and blankets, cleaning bathrooms and the staff kitchen and monitoring our overnight guests as needed.

To be considered for this position you must be reliable, possess good time management skills, be physically fit and punctual. You will need to have attention to detail and be practical and methodical. You will need to be available to work weekends and public holidays. A current clean full driver’s license is also required.  While past cleaning experience is desirable, it is not essential.
