Carpet Cleaning & Flood Restoration Technician Full Time

We are a small, diverse and very friendly team who support each other. Due to an increase in demand for our services we are on the lookout for a new team member to join our highly experienced and friendly Specialist Services Division in the Auckland region.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Floor Maintenance – both carpet and hard floor (vinyl & tile) cleaning – full training provided
• Upholstery cleaning – full training provided
• Small flood restoration and structural drying jobs – specialist training provided.
• Ability to understand the importance of health and safety requirements.

Additional Information:

• This is a full-time position based on 40hrs per week.
• Approx. 90% of the work is within normal business hours – between 8am to 5.00pm. Higher pay rates will apply for any work done out of normal business hours.
• A desire to learn, be helpful, work safely and be friendly is very important.

Remuneration:

• Starting on a minimum $26.00 per hour. After completion of 3 months trial or sooner the pay increases to $27,00 per hour. After 6 months increases to a minimum of $28.00 per hour. Occasional Overtime will increase your pay to $30.00 per hour +. We pay the best rates in the industry.
• If you are already experienced come talk to me and we can negotiate a bespoke deal.
• A Toyota Hiace van is provided for you to travel to/from jobs. You can take the van home with you.

Applicants for this position should have NZ residency or a valid NZ work visa, a full driving license and be able to pass a MOJ security clearance.
