Our fast-growing cleaning company is seeking a skilled and motivated Team Leader to join our team. In this exciting role, you will be responsible for managing a team of cleaners and ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our cleaning services.

Key Responsibilities:
– Coordinating with clients  to ensure customer satisfaction.
– Managing a team of cleaners and ensuring they meet our high standards for quality and efficiency.
– Training new team members and providing ongoing coaching to ensure their success.
– Conducting regular inspections to ensure cleaning standards are being met.
– Maintaining inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
– Handling customer complaints and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements:
– Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory or team leader role.
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
– Knowledge of cleaning techniques, supplies, and equipment.
– Ability to motivate and lead a team to achieve results.
