Job Title: Cleaner
Location: Auckland, New Zealand
Employment Type: Full-time or Part-time
Transport: Must have own transport to move between buildings

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine cleaning tasks to maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of assigned areas.
• Dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors, carpets, and other surfaces.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, kitchen areas, and common spaces.
• Emptying trash bins and disposing of waste in accordance with company policies.
• Restocking supplies, such as toilet paper, soap, and paper towels.
• Monitor and report any maintenance issues or repair needs to the appropriate authorities.
• Follow all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
• Adhere to cleaning schedules and guidelines to meet quality standards.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Cleaner or similar role is preferred.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for cleanliness.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent time management and organisational skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal abilities to work effectively with colleagues and clients.
• Physical stamina to handle various cleaning tasks and stand for extended periods.
