Lead Cleaning Technician Full Time

Location: Matamata, New Zealand

• Contract: Full-time, Permanent
• Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday (Occasional weekends required)
• Holidays: Public Holidays Off

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Lead Cleaning Technician to join our dynamic team based out of Matamata. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing our specialty cleaning services, which include but are not limited to:

• Move out cleans
• Post-construction cleaning
• Exterior cleaning
• Hard floor maintenance
• Deep cleaning of commercial premises

Key Responsibilities:

• Taking the lead on specialty cleaning projects
• Liaising with project managers to ensure all tasks are completed to a high standard
• Conducting quality control checks
• Training and mentoring cleaning specialists on the team

• Exhibit a strong eye for detail
• Have previous cleaning experience; it doesn’t necessarily have to be work-related – you might excel in maintaining your own home
• Be comfortable taking charge, liaising with project managers, and ensuring that the job is done correctly every time
• Full Drivers Licence
• Clear criminal record
