Commercial Cleaner – Middleton Full Time

Experienced Cleaner Required

Sunday to Thursday – 5pm till 12am

Must be comfortable using a smartphone, able to go to new sites daily and follow instructions as required, Comfortable working alone.

Daily duties would include,

• Collecting company vehicle from depot
• Covering cleaning tasks due to cleaner absences
• Setup and initial cleaning of new sites
• Detail cleaning and remedial cleaning
• Ability to complete Window cleaning or Floor machine work is a bonus

Responsibilities
– Travel to site,
• Cleaning of common areas including but not limited to hallways, common areas, public bathrooms.
• Cleaning duties to include, but not limited to, dusting, sweeping, vacuuming,
mopping, etc.
• Communicating with team members pro-actively should any aspect of your cleaning not be completed.
• Following all health and safety regulations provided

Requirements
• Must be able to successfully pass a criminal background check.
• Own or have access to reliable transportation – Equipment is NOT onsite
• Speak and understand English
• Own a cell phone (preferably a smartphone) that allows you to be
contacted reliably.
• Comfortably lift 10kg without risk of injury
-Reliable own Vehicle – Cleaning equipment is not stored on-site, You will need to take equipment to and from the site each time you clean.
