Commercial Cleaning Supervisor Full Time

We are a young fast-growing, family-run Commercial Cleaning company based in Mount Wellington. We seeking a highly motivated, quick-thinking, and results-driven Commercial Cleaning Supervisor to join our team.

The ideal candidate will support the operations manager by overseeing the work of the cleaning staff and franchisees, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and ensuring a high standard of work.

THIS IS A SUPERVISOR ROLE THAT INVOLVES HANDS-ON CLEANING AND WORKING AFTER HOURS.

Key responsibilities:

– Develop a plan for and implement Quality Assurance checks at sites
– Active site management by resolving any site-related issues
– New client onboarding and set up new contracts/sites.
– Franchisee training and onboarding
– Franchisee management
– Cleaning new sites when required until they are passed on to new franchisees

Experience required:

– Minimum 3 years commercial cleaning experience
– Minimum 2 years of leadership in commercial cleaning
– Extensive experience with Floor strip and polish
– Window cleaning experience
– Carpet cleaning experience
– Experience training staff and franchisees
– People management experience
– Know how to operate scrubbing machines: Floor scrubbing and buffing experience.
– Computer literate: comfortable with job management software and Microsoft apps
– Excellent written and verbal communication
