Water Blasting / Building Washing Technician Alicetown, Petone

JetX Wellington provides a wide range of services: House Washing, Water Blasting, Driveway cleaning, roof treatments, roof washing/commercial building wash, large scale complex washing. We have over 35+ years’ experience we pride ourselves on our technical knowledge & expertise, professionalism, and client service. We are looking for a hardworking, self -motivated person to join our small and friendly team on a fulltime basis to help continue to deliver great service to our clients. This role is Monday – Friday but may include some early morning or weekend work.

Skills required are:

• Be physically & medically fit.
• Positive attitude & self-starter
• Work well as part of a team
• Good customer service skills
• Reliable
• Drug Free / No criminal convictions
• Have current and clean full Driver’s licence.
• Confidence working at heights.
• Be able to work some weekends, early mornings, and evenings.

Ideally:

• Knowledge and use of a water blasting equipment would be helpful, but not necessary for the position as full training will be given.
• Be a New Zealand citizen or resident or hold a valid open work visa.
• Site Safe certificates such as Working at Heights and EWP are desirable.

We provide Training in Health and Safety, Site Safe, and Working at Heights. Pay rate based on experience, industry training and knowledge.
